Of Nightmares in KDU Hall

I should be studying.

I really should be studying.

But try as I may, I end up hobbling down to the computer lab and am playing Text Twist right now.

Life sucks.

It has been four hours since I had the nightmare. The horrifying nightmare. Of Economics. Yeap, you got me right- Economics. I woke up at 7, drooling, when I just realised I just dreamt about Economics. I dreamt about me drawing graphs and making sure that it is accurate. I dreamt about the teacher giving a lecture and I was copying notes. I woke up. Salivating. Imagine the horror of the entire situation. I have never dreamt of a subject before. Never-in my entire life. Argh. This must be a sign. Either I have been studying too much, or I have been studying too little, or that I seriously need to see a psychiatrist. If only I was clairvoyant, then maybe I didn't need to worry so much on the upcoming test. Hopefully, I am. =)

Now, I am afraid to close my eyes for fear of what horror awaits me when I enter into Dreamland. Economics? Accounting? Law? And horror of all horrors, not Thinking Skills? I refuse to go to sleep. I will never succumb to pressure. I will go to college tomorrow with panda-eyes. I will not sleep. I will not sleep. I will not sleep...

While you dreamt of Economics last night, I dreamt of playing football (must be from the game last week). I was the goalkeeper. The ball came; people were shouting for me to kick it, kick it, kick it! I kicked it, and the next thing I knew, I had kicked the wall. Broke my toe nail. Now hobbling. Wish I had dreamt of Economics instead.

You're not alone. I dream of stuff I read too. Sheesh.

Dear fishtail,

Nice dream. Except the hobbling part. But nonetheless, beats Economics all the time. Wish mine was that exciting. Economics doesn't seem to have that effect though. =)

Dear Dania,

Apart from not studying, I think I have acquired the power to predict the future. I just had a dream of me at the prom kissing a pretty girl. And then I woke up. Sheesh! =)

Hey you maths freaks out there would probably be interested in this article linked from Pam Bunny, called the world's 20 greatest equations:

My God, fishtail, it must be the effect of reading my blog!!! Too much football is unhealthy!!!

It can't get any weirder than dreaming of meeting Michael Owen, his fiancee Louise and their two non-existent twins?

BTW, normally if you dream of an exam or something, it means that you'll do well. :)

Gee, fishtail. Thanks a lot for the site. Quite an interesting read, especially since 1 + 1 = 2 is included in the greatest mathematical equations of all time! Uber-cool! =)

Bex, it's partly due to reading your blog sure; but it's also because last week, those wicked guys forced me to play football. Then 3 days later, another group forced me to play basketball with Smartass and Co. Competition, mind you; not just knocking the ball around (although I was just knocking the ball around, hehe).
